We are so sorry but we can’t shake your hand or give you a hug. This is going to be so hard for me and my team as we like to make you feel as welcome as possible!

*We are temporarily having to limit guests to 1 per bride. We kindly ask that you respect this so not to put me or my girls in an awkward position.

*If you have images of dresses you love or have seen on our website please email us beforehand so we can have them ready for you.

*If you or your guest are exhibiting any symptoms such as a new cough or fever, please reschedule your appointment.

*Upon arrival at the boutique, you and your guest will be required to wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided – please don’t be offended – we’ll be doing the same.

*Face coverings are not required by law, however, we recommend that you wear one. The BBW team will be wearing them.

*We are taking extra precautions to ensure hygiene in the boutique. Our staff will be washing their hands between each appointment and regularly disinfecting all surfaces and door handles.

*Whilst browsing please don’t handle the dresses. The BBW team will do this for you and this will limit the amount of contact points and therefore keep everyone safer.

*All payments will need to be via debit or credit card The health of our customers, and of course our team, is extremely important to us and we ask you to adhere to these measures at all times. Please can I ask you to respond to this email to confirm you’ve read and understood these guidelines?
