Ohhh I do love a Bridal Fashion shoot and with a new wedding venue opening locally what better time to show off some of amazing wedding gowns.
So many wedding dresses need to be on a body to see there true beauty; hung up or on the scarily thin models on bridal designers websites just doesn’t always do them justice. So off we went armed with some of our favourite gowns to show them off.
The Crop Top
So this year we have seen a huge surge in edgy, fashion forward bridal fashion which I personally LOVE!
The crop top is one of these super cool laid back looks the bridal world seems to have embraced. Pictured above Jesus Peiro have cleverly taken on the Crop Top trend but softened it and made it more bridal by making sure the tummy is actually still covered by a thin layer of lace. Don’t get me wrong this look isnt for everyone. This look is for a free-spirited girl who marches to the beat of her own drum, breaking the rules of predictable fashion, always dressing to please herself. “She is not walking down the aisle in a cathedral or church, she is the boho bride. Her friends and family will not be surprised to see her in her super cool crop top and flowing bridal skirt at the coolest wedding ever. If this look is for you, we have several amazing options in the boutique. From Big frothy skirts, to full classic cut Mikado skirts and then we have lace crop tops, silk cami’s and much more.
Next we have the girl is a true Boho Bride. This image of our Claire Pettibone Romantique gown would suit this bride perfectly.
A bohemian style dress is perfect if you want a soft, flowing and earthy look to your wedding day. Team your chosen wedding dress with soft flowing locks, braids or a full lace veil.Ideal for weddings in the countryside, eco-friendly themes and days with an informal and fashionable feel, boho brides will be following in the footsteps of celebrities including Kate Moss and Lily Allen.
We are very lucky to be in cahoots with some Top Bridal Specialists:
